Staff Enhanced
The Roundel Residential Staff Enhanced (SE) Program serves youth, ages 12-21, in a community style home setting. The SE Program provides case management services, youth-centered counseling, academic programming, life skills and positive youth development activities. The focus of this continuum of services will be first on stabilization of behavior and identifying triggers that cause youth to lose control, and move on to eventually building a set of coping skills unique to each youth in an effort to arm them with the tools necessary to become productive members of their home, school and community.
Staff Intensive
The Roundel Residential Staff Intensive (SI) Program may be the first stop for youth entering the Roundel Residential Program, or as a brief respite for youth already enrolled in the Staff Enhanced Program. Crisis stabilization is the primary focus in the SI Program.
