The minimum qualifications for all positions include:

  • Satisfactory background checks and health screening;
  • valid driver’s license;
  • high school diploma;
  • Solid professional and personal references;
  • And a general commitment to the welfare of youth. 
  • Note: Specific positions may require additional certification and/or degrees.
